Paying, cancelling and terms

Our Payment Policy


All tariffs are subject to change without notice. Guest bookings are protected against any increase in rates once the relevant deposit is paid. However, If bookings are made more than 6 months in advance, the tariff will be subject to price increases if applicable.


Rooms are payable in full if booking less than one month prior to arrival. If booking more than 1 month ahead, roughly 50% will be charged then and the balance within a week of arrival.


We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, JCB, Discover and direct bank deposits. We do not accept cheques or travellers cheques. Payments by AMEX and JCB cards incur a fee of 3% and Discover 2.25%.


Our Cancellation Policy


– more than 14 days from reservation date: full refund (less a small fee to cover credit card charges)


- less than 14 days and more than 7 days from reservation date: 50% of the accommodation fee is charged


- less than 7 days or a no show, i.e. no arrival by 9 pm (unless organised) : no refunds are given


Our Terms & Conditions


Check-In Time is between 2pm and 9pm


Check-Out Time is 10:00am


If you require access to your room earlier please ask us and we will endeavour to have it ready for you.  If you require an Early Check In time, i.e. between 12:00 and 1:30pm, a $20 per room charge is applicable. Of course, you can drop your bags off before 2pm and we will look after them for you but please check to ensure we will be here.


You can also organise a Late Check Out, which will extend your stay from 10 am until noon, for $20 per room.


If 2 people stay in the Garden Cottage and use both beds a $15 cleaning fee is charged.
